As CEO, Seth is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the companies operations, property acquisition, repurposing, construction, leasing and management. Seth directs the company’s strategy and manages assets, current and future development, sales, marketing, and finance. Seth is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 2-decades experience in commercial real estate, modular home construction, retail, wholesale, marketing, and professional services. He attended University of New Mexico and graduated from Victoria University of Technology in Australia.

As Manager of Accounting & Bookkeeping, Oliver manages the day-to-day financial facets of our business. A graduate of Accounting and Business from Western State Colorado University in Gunnison, Oliver has over 20 years of experience and is also an accomplished musician and athlete.

As Building Engineer, Josh is a graduate of the Doane University in Nebraska and is a Facilities Management professional with 20-years of experience in servicing and managing commercial and residential properties. He enjoys hiking, reading, collecting coins, science & engineering. His passion is solving problems and helping people.

As Project Manager at CBPM for almost 10 years, Mat helps supervise construction teams, provides property maintenance, supports vendor coordination and tenant requests. An accomplished sportscaster and announcer, previously the play-by-play voice for the CU Buffs, Pac 12 Digital Networks, and the CU Buffs Editor for Mile High Sports Radio and 5280 Sports Network and a current guest host on The Fan.

As Creative Director, Stacey is responsible for design and creative implementation on all projects and properties. Previously completing a Bachelors of Fine Arts at The Art Institute of Chicago, Stacey is an accomplished designer with three decades of experience. In addition to interior and exterior design for countless commercial and residential projects across the US, she is founder and CEO of a clothing / jewelry collection called HipKarma and was co-founder of a national catalog company.

A founding partner and an invaluable member of our team. He joined the Navy as Enlisted, served tours in Vietnam, then completed his Masters Degree.  Assigned to the Defense Intelligence agency as a Naval Attaché, earned many service medals and citations, ultimately retiring as a Navy Captain.  Having worked for the Department of Energy as a Director, Area Manager, and Project Manager.
