About Us
We specialize in sustainable redevelopment—reimagining underutilized properties and transforming them into vibrant, purpose-driven spaces that enrich local communities. With a diverse portfolio spanning office, medical, industrial, warehouse, and retail properties, we proudly support more than 250 tenants, primarily throughout Longmont and Boulder, Colorado. Our commitment to exceptional service and long-term relationships has earned us industry-leading recognition for tenant retention and satisfaction. In addition to our commercial work, we selectively take on custom residential projects, bringing the same vision, integrity, and attention to detail to every home we create. Our historical mixed-use renovation in downtown Lafayette, CO won the Governor’s award for Adaptive Reuse.

Seth Chernoff
CEO
As CEO, Seth leads strategy, overseeing acquisitions, repurposing, construction, leasing, and management. With two decades of experience spanning real estate, modular home construction, marketing, and professional services, he graduated from Victoria University in Australia.
Oliver Ahern
Accounting & Bookkeeping
As Manager of Accounting & Bookkeeping, Oliver manages the day-to-day financial facets of our business. A graduate of Accounting and Business from Western State Colorado University in Gunnison, Oliver has over 20 years of experience and is also an accomplished musician and athlete.
Mason McGahen
Director of Property Management
As Director of Property Management, Mason oversees real estate operations, including tenant management, lease administration, budgeting, marketing, and vendor relations. Previously, he managed properties in Denver, ran a co-working space, directed summer camps, and graduated from Texas A&M.
Mary Ward
Director of Building Operations
As Facilities Director, Mary has over a decade of experience overseeing building operations across diverse commercial properties—industrial, medical, office, warehouse, and mixed-use. With expertise in vendor relations, operational planning, and innovative property management solutions, she optimizes efficiency and delivers exceptional service.
Eli Chernoff
Assistant Property Manager
As an assistant property manager, Eli assists with technology, tenant relations, maintenance and customer service for our commercial real estate portfolio. With a Level 2 CASI snowboard instructor certification and a background in adaptive sports, I also bring a passion for outdoor adventure, leadership, and instruction.
Stacey Chernoff
Creative Director
As Creative Director, Stacey oversees design and creative work for all projects. A graduate of The Art Institute of Chicago, she has three decades of experience in commercial and residential design. Stacey also founded HipKarma, a clothing/jewelry line, and co-founded a national catalog company.
Mat Smith Chernoff
Project Manager
As past Project Manager at CBPM, Mat has supervised construction teams, assisted with property maintenance, and supported tenants and vendors. He’s also an accomplished sportscaster, previously announcing for CU Buffs, Pac 12 Digital, hosting on Mile High Sports and ESPN The Fan.
Albert Chernoff, Captain USN
Founding Partner
A founding partner, Al joined the Navy as Enlisted, served in Vietnam, earned a Master’s Degree, and was assigned to the Defense Intelligence Agency as a Naval Attaché, retiring as a Navy Captain. He also held Director and Project Manager roles at the Department of Energy.
